Stuck on something? Click Support at the bottom of the sidebar (or in the menu on your phone) and a chat opens right inside your studio — no email, no new tab. Ask about a render, your plan, or an idea you’d love to see, and we reply in the same window.

When you’re signed in, the chat already knows which account you’re on, so you never have to explain who you are — and your conversation is waiting for you next time you open it. And don’t worry: there’s no floating bubble hovering over your videos. The chat only appears when you call it.
