The moment your account is ready, a welcome email lands: “Your studio is open”, with your brand’s name on it. It walks you through the three steps to your first ad — create your character, choose a story, download and post — shows a few ads made in Waffle Studio, and takes you straight back to your studio with one tap. Got a question? Just hit reply; a real person answers.

You choose what lands in your inbox

At the bottom of the sign-up window there’s one small line: “Email me tips and product news. Unsubscribe anytime.” It’s ticked for you — untick it and we won’t send you tips or news. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link, too.
