Your characters say the words, not the hashtags
A line like “Your morning, sorted ☕️ #coffee” should sound like a person talking. It shouldn’t end with “hashtag coffee”.
Now the voice says only the words. Hashtags at the end of a line are skipped. A hashtag mid-sentence is said as plain words, so “Join #TeamSunbird” comes out as “Join Team Sunbird”. @handles lose the @, and emoji and formatting marks like asterisks and arrows stay silent.
Prices, percentages and “&” are still read the way you’d say them, so “20% off, just $5” sounds exactly right. Your script and captions keep the text you wrote.
