Refund Policy

VERSUS TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“we”, “us”) operates Waffle Studio (the “Service”) and aims to make every customer happy with it. This policy explains when a refund is and is not possible, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Subscription charges

• There is no free trial. Your Waffle Master subscription is charged as soon as you subscribe.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as per the plan you select, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. No refunds once Waffles are used

• Waffles are the credits every video, character, edit and generation spends. The AI compute behind them is paid for the moment they are used and cannot be recovered.
• If any Waffles credits have been used on your account — monthly, bonus or top-up Waffles — the subscription fee for that billing period is non-refundable.
• One-time charges, including Waffle packs and other add-ons, are non-refundable.

3. Refund eligibility

• Where no Waffles have been used, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
• No refunds are provided after 7 days following the initial purchase or renewal.
• No refunds or credits are given for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for a refund.

4. How to request a refund

• Contact us at contact@wafflestudio.app or through the live chat with your account email and the reason for your request.
• We review every request and reply with our decision by email or chat.
• If a refund is approved, it is processed and credited to your original method of payment within 1 to 3 business days.

5. Additional terms

• We may modify this refund policy at any time; the updated version is posted here with a new date.
• Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
• Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
