Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Waffle Studio (the “Service”), an AI creative-strategist product that turns a business website into short marketing videos fronted by a brand-matched avatar, operated by VERSUS TECHNOLOGIES LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business whose website and brand assets you submit.

2. The Service

Waffle Studio scans a URL you provide, extracts a brand profile (name, logo, colors, tone), generates creative briefs, matches an avatar, and renders videos. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing every video before you publish or distribute it.

3. Your content and brand assets

You represent that you have the rights to the website, logos, copy, and other materials you submit, and that our processing of them will not infringe any third party’s rights. You grant us a limited license to process those materials solely to provide the Service to you. You retain ownership of your input; subject to payment, you own the videos we render for you.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you lack rights to.
• Do not use the Service to generate misleading endorsements or to impersonate real people.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. Plans, billing and usage

Waffle Master is billed at $19/month (or $180/year), starting immediately when you subscribe, and includes a monthly allowance of Waffles credits. If you subscribed at an earlier price, you keep that price and its monthly allowance for as long as that subscription stays active. Fees are charged in advance through our payment processor, are non-refundable except where required by law, and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds once Waffles are used. Waffles are consumed the moment they are spent on a video, character, edit or any other generation, and that compute cannot be recovered. If any Waffles credits have been used on your account in a billing period — including monthly, bonus and top-up Waffles — no refund is possible for that period’s subscription fee or for any Waffle pack. 6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Waffle mascot, avatar characters, software, and design, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in our marks or technology except the right to use the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that output is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
