No. Waffle Studio does not make realistic AI humans or talking-head videos. It makes animated cartoon ads with a story, a cast of one or two characters and a scene that moves. Think of a mini animated commercial, not a spokesperson reading a script to camera.

No. Waffle Studio does the scripting, casting, animation, voice and captions. You choose a story and approve it. If you want to change something, you ask by chat: "make the hook funnier", "say the price", "fix the pronunciation of our name".

Yes. Waffle Studio designs a cartoon character that exists only for your brand, from a photo of you or your team, from your logo or product, or from a short description. It takes about 2 minutes and uses 250 Waffles. The Waffle Master plan includes unlimited character creation within your Waffle balance.

Waffle Studio characters can speak 16 languages and regional accents, including US and UK English, Spain and Latin American Spanish, Brazilian and European Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. A character speaks the language you create it in. The studio itself is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese.

Waffle Studio has one plan, Waffle Master, at $19 per month, or $180 per year ($15 per month, saving $48). It includes 2,500 Waffle credits every month, plus 500 bonus Waffles when you join.

Waffles are Waffle Studio's credits. A 30-second video uses 1,428 Waffles, a 60-second video 2,856, a custom character 250, re-shooting one scene about 200, and a captions-only edit 60. 2,500 monthly Waffles cover one thirty-second ad and most of another, and you can top up with a pack any time.

Yes. Waffle packs start at $5 for 1,000 Waffles, and bigger packs are cheaper per Waffle (up to 22,000 Waffles for $100). You can also turn on auto-refill so a campaign never stalls on an empty balance.

No. Your monthly Waffles are added to your balance, and anything you do not spend carries over to the next month.

No. Waffle Studio has no free trial; the Waffle Master plan is charged when you subscribe. You can scan your website and review your brand kit before you pay, and you can cancel any time from Settings.

Yes. Cancel in one tap from Settings, with no email or call. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and every video you made stays yours.

If no Waffles have been used, Waffle Studio considers refund requests within 7 days of a purchase or renewal. Once Waffles are spent, that period is non-refundable because the AI compute has already run. See the full Refund Policy at wafflestudio.app/refund-policy.

Yes. Under Waffle Studio's Terms, once you have paid you own the videos rendered for you, and you keep ownership of everything you upload. Download them and use them in paid ads, organic posts, your website or email.

Anywhere that plays vertical video: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Meta ads. Videos are vertical 9:16 MP4 files with captions already burned in, so they work with the sound off.

Yes. Tell Waffle Studio what to change by chat. A captions, title or pronunciation fix costs 60 Waffles and re-uses the rendered clips; re-shooting one scene costs about 200 Waffles (priced by the scene's length and quoted before anything renders) and leaves every other scene untouched. Earlier versions are kept.
